    Workplace Wellness Roundtable with Martha Kern, Marilyn Headley, Lisa Magary and Krista Mitchell-Cornell

    Are you ready to share your ideas and experiences in the Workplace Wellness arena with your HR partners and come away with a few new ideas!? Please join us in a lively discussion…amongst ourselves – with some very special local leaders – to discuss topics related to Workplace Wellness! Take this opportunity to meet and mingle with other local HR professionals to learn, information share, and create new connections within the field.

    The following leaders will be on hand to participate and lend their knowledge to our discussion:

    Martha Kern - Certified Financial Planner at New York Life and Eagle Strategies. Martha works with business owners and professionals to organize their finances and she will present employee education programs in financial education as a low-cost or free employee benefit. Martha is a corporate sponsor of our chapter, as well as this event for us.

    Marilyn Headley - Health Policy Specialist with the Florida Department of Health’s Tobacco Free Florida program. Marilyn assists local businesses to implement effective strategies that help employees quit tobacco. Marilyn will go over the cost of tobacco use to your business and strategies for becoming a tobacco free workplace that supports employees who want to quit tobacco.

    Lisa Magary – Owner/Partner at Celebrate Primary Care. Lisa is dual certified in family practice and pediatrics as a nurse practitioner and passionate about helping patients maximize their health. Celebrate Primary Care is Gainesville's premier concierge medical practice. They are membership based; which allows employers to provide affordable primary care services for their employees.

    Krista Mitchell-Cornell - Regional Director for the American Heart Association in Alachua County and your local contact for all American Heart Association events including Heart Walk and Heart Ball. Krista is a resource for materials on how to make your company fit-friendly as well as employee engagement opportunities that promote heart-health awareness
