Presenter: Kim Tesch-Vaught, IOM Florida Works
Kim Tesch-Vaught, IOM, serves as the Vice President of Work Force for the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce and FloridaWorks Business Services. She has been with the Chamber since July of 2000, having also developed, implemented and/or managed the Leadership Gainesville Program, Business Resource Center and Small Business Council, Hispanic Business Council, Florida Community Design Center, Inter-City Visit programs, and BRIDGE Internship program with the University of Florida.
An active member of the community, Kim currently serves on: Florida Chamber Foundation’s Talent Caucus, WorkForce Florida Inc. BANNER Center for Construction Advisory Board, Santa Fe College Blount Center Advisory Board, and LifeSouth Community Advisory Board.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and is a graduate of the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management and the US Chamber Business LEADs Institutes for elementary and post-secondary education.
