Scott develops his sessions around proven resources such as BLR, HR that Works, SHRM, EAF and other professional resources. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and earned his Masters of Arts in 2001 from Ball State University in Executive Development which assures you his approach is as academically sound as it is inspirational. Scott is Chairman of the Lake Sumter SHRM Certification & College Relations Committee and directs and provides the education for the LSSHRM Certification class at Lake Sumter Community College.
