    Topic:  Employee Engagement: Going from Here to There

    This session will walk the business leader / HR professional through the rigorous road of employee development.

    In today's "ever changing" world of business, you need employees who not only work for you, but have a vested interest in your organizational goals that are clearly evident to the most important stakeholder in your organization; your customers. Your customers are the reason you are in business. You have a vision of their needs, and your employees make that vision a reality. In this session, you will be able to take that initiative from a "visionary" state and make it into a reality by harvesting the talents of the most valuable asset in your organization's arsenal; your employees.

    Presenter: Ricky Baez, Jr, SPHR

    Efrain "Ricky" Baez Jr., is a published human resources professional specializing in helping organizations improve their bottom line by strategically aligning human resources with business goals. His training initiatives focus on employee and organizational development ranging from leadership consulting to team building. He is a four-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Human Resources (MHR) degree from Rollins College. Ricky is also a faculty member for human resources related courses for the college of Undergraduate Business and Management for South University. He is a professional member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds the accreditation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

    Ricky also loves his IPhone.

     

    This Program has been approved for 1 General Credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR rectification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
