Less Headcount = Larger Workload = Increase Productivity

HOW? |
The average work week for corporate employees is 55 hours!! This is a result of downsizing and still expecting the same, if not higher, productivity. In fact, predictions claim the United States corporate work force will decrease by another 15% during 2013.
An independent survey of employees conducted by Microsoft revealed 37% of the week is unproductive due to:
a) unnecessary attendance at meetings;
b) managing eMail requires over 50% of time spent;
c) need for team communication; and,
d) lack of memorable interaction causing the need for repetition.
ROTE (Return On Time Expended) exercises conscious control over the amount of time spent to increase productivity. We know the basis that should be used to reduce the 55 hour work week and still meet expected goals.
