“Prescribed Side Effects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA): Healthcare Reform Update”
Jay Hutto is a certified public accountant in the state of Florida and a partner with James Moore & Co. Jay has over 20 years of experience providing audit and tax services to a large number of clients. He has served health care clients, dealerships, manufacturers, professional service firms, construction firms and real estate companies. Jay provides accounting, auditing, tax, business consulting, business valuations, and litigation support services to clients within a wide range of industries. Jay has represented clients before the IRS and has provided expert testimony in several depositions of civil disputes. Jay received his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a member of numerous professional and nonprofit organizations.
