    In this presentation Karen Nutter, Certified Master Coach and Author of "The Power of EQ: Stronger Leadership through Emotional Intelligence" demonstrates and explains EQ assessments and how they can be used in the hiring process as well as motivating and enhancing the skills of leaders, managers and employees. Specifically, intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. 

    Many companies spend millions of dollars to assess and train existing employees, but little is done to assess potential new hires’ Emotional Intelligence. Hence, this could save hiring mistakes etc.
