Program: “Strategic Influencing”
Speaker: Dr. Lisa Gunther
VP - Talent Management with Right Management - Florida/Caribbean Region
Dr. Gunther will present Right Management’s Strategic Influencing: Becoming a Difference Maker workshop which gives HR leaders the tools they need to positively influence others—including strategic partners, colleagues, key stakeholders, and executive leadership. Participants will walk away with checklists and strategic action plans that will be immediately applicable and have the greatest business impact as the need to be effective in fast-paced, resource challenged, and global environments continues.
Dr. Gunther holds a BA in Business Administration and Organizational Resource Management from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA, a MS in Organization Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and an EdD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Sarasota/Argosy University in Sarasota, FL. She is also active in ODN and the International Association for Facilitation.
This program has been approved for SHRM-CP recertification credit (1 hour) and is pending HRCI recertification credit approval.
