Jim oversees Randstad’s human capital strategy and manages the company’s human resources initiatives for 125,000 employees. Jim originally shared this dynamic topic with us in November 2015 and we’ve invited him back to Gainesville to expand on it as well as share new insights in:

    • Exploring several global megatrends changing the nature of how companies will address talent management in the future
    • Understanding how the way work and workers are sourced, organized, and managed will affect organizations
    • Reviewing the impact that talent supply, technology, economic transformation, demographic changes, and the emergence of Generation Z will have on the global workforce
    • Educate us on ways to prepare for these changes
