Topics include: Challenges of Communicating; Listening to Understand, Not Respond; 7 Stages of Communication; Verbal vs Nonverbal Cues; interactive elements that include a table activity called “Really? Really?!” plus a volunteer activity called the “Alien Press Conference”; and more.
