Laura Gross

Laura Gross is the Managing Partner of Donnelly + Gross, a labor and employment law firm founded in 1992 with offices in Gainesville and Fort Myers.  She focuses on the prevention and resolution of labor and employment disputes through risk management advice and litigation management. She counsels and defends businesses, organizations, professionals, and highly paid executives on employment issues. She also serves as a neutral investigator and advisor to governmental employers.

Brian Scarborough

Brian Scarborough is a Gainesville native and co-owner of Scarborough Insurance, where he specializes in commercial insurance and employee benefits. Brian is a graduate of UF and holds the Registered Employee Benefit Consultant and Certified Insurance Counselor designations. Brian is the current Chair of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents and won the outstanding Young Agent of the Year Award in 2015 from the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Association. In addition to being an insurance nerd, Brian serves on the Boards of Peaceful Paths Domestic Abuse Network, Tyler’s Hope for a Dystonia Cure, the Council for Economic Outreach, Advantage Publishing, and is the chair of the Chamber of Commerce’s Infrastructure Improvement Initiative. Brian has been married to his wife Erin since 1998 and they have two fantastic daughters, Lucy (10) and Leland (8).
