Brian McNulty is the Employee Benefits Practice Leader in the USI Southeast Region, based in Tampa, FL. The rapidly growing USI Southeast Region which includes offices in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. He is a leader in the health insurance industry with 28 years of experience in self-funded consulting and fully insured solutions. His experience includes employee benefit consulting in the middle to large market, running a Third-Party Administrator and owning an Insurance Consulting Firm.
Mr. McNulty is well versed in providing solutions on issues and concerns that employers have today including Healthcare Reform, strategic design, self-funding, stop loss coverage, stop loss contract negotiation, prescription drug cost containment, compliance, provider network analysis, administration, outsourcing and more. The changing landscape of employee benefits and healthcare reform compliance requires continuous focus on regulation updates, guidance released by HHS and how these impact employers. His continuous contact with Human Resources Professionals, CFO’s and CEO’s enables him to provide a unique perspective on the current trends in employee benefits and insurance program management.
Mr. McNulty was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. He and his spouse Beth have one son Tanner who attends Eckerd College. They are active in the community, avid boaters, love to fish and attend sporting events. Brian has been a Board Member for the Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind (2001-2009), Bayfront Health Foundation (2006-2008) and the Board of St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation. He participates in the annual USI Gives Back program and donates additional time and resources to important community events.
