The presentation will be around attracting and retaining millennial talent through engagement and compensation best practices. We will provide education around the characteristics of millennial talent, compensation strategies that lead to increased employee satisfaction, and how ongoing feedback improves employee engagement

We will discuss the challenges with attracting and managing millennial employees in a round-table format with real world scenario discussions at the end if time allows. Our round table format will include posing questions to the group and opening the floor to a discussion around the responses.

Biography: Emily has more than 20 years of both strategic and tactical human resource experience. Her experience spans many industries including engineering services, automotive manufacturing and financial services. Prior to her current role, Emily served as Director of Corporate Human Resources. Emily holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources
Certificate (SPHR).
