    Speaker Biography:

Keithley Stanley is dedicated to learning and growth, with a foundation of over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience within the public-school setting. She elevated her impact and continued to inspire professional growth by becoming a consultant, focusing on optimizing leadership, instructional systems, and cultural enhancement. Keithley had been embedding the methodology of True Colors within her consulting practices for several years before recently joining the True Colors team in 2024 as Senior Project Manager.

Her commitment extends beyond professional realms into heartfelt community service through the Junior League of El Paso as well as founding The Priceless Heart Project, to honor her late son’s passion for giving. This non-profit organization is dedicated to shaping compassionate hearts, creating awareness for those in need, and fostering a culture of philanthropy in our youth.

Keithley Stanley cherishes time with her daughter and husband, enjoying a newfound love of tennis, and patiently training her 3 dogs, who she affectionately refers to as her secretaries. Her recognitions include a nomination for the Life Changer of the Year award in 2016 and a finalist for the Women of Impact Award in 2023 reflect her profound impact. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: "If you know better, do better! No excuses!" This ethos, combined with her solution-oriented approach and belief in continuous learning, makes Keithley Stanley a beacon of positive change.
