Program: Understanding Differences: Embracing the Future
In order to completely embrace diversity, you have to be willing to explore the real meaning bechind the word. We hear this word every day, but do we really know what it means? Better yet, do we really know why it's important?
This session will walk the audience through an insightful and entertaining venture through the rigorous road of understanding differences and the different communication styles that drive them.
Speaker: Efrain "Ricky" Baez Jr.
| Mr. Baez is a published human resources professional specializing in strategically aligning HR competencies to business goals with a down to earth, common sense approach that is evident to both executives and front line employees. Ricky is a four-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Managment from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Human Resources (MHR) degree from Rollins College, a SPHR cerification from HRCI and a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Ricky is also a faculty member for human resources related coures for the college of Undergraduate Business for South University. |  |
