    Membership Opportunities

    The NCF-SHRM By-Laws provide for two classes of membership:

    Regular Voting Membership

    Regular Voting membership is conferred upon individuals who are actively engaged in bona-fide human resources work, devote a minimum of 50% of their time to this work, and pay local chapter dues OR must have a bona-fide interest in the human resources field, be accepted as a member of our national organization, and pay both national and local dues.

    Student Membership (Non-Voting)

    Student Membership is conferred upon individuals who are enrolled either as full-time or part-time students able to provide verification of a demonstrated emphasis in human resource management subjects, and able to provide verification of the college or university's human resources or related degree program. Student members may not vote or hold office in the Chapter.

    2) Complete all fields in the online application (be sure to enter your national SHRM member ID if applicable).

    3) Decide how you want to pay (see options below).

    4) Pay after completing registration.

    Dues and Payment options

    Option 1:  Local Annual Membership Dues Only: Chapter annual membership dues are $100 or $30 for students.

    Option 2: For National SHRM Members: Annual membership dues for those who are also National SHRM members is $75 or $20 for students. Be sure to include your National SHRM Membership number with your application.

    Membership is payable on-line through PayPal, or by check or money order. Invoices are available.Your membership can not be approved without a completed payment.
