Fast-paced, humorous and interactive - we all have our own perceptions of what is difficult and for that matter who is difficult. Let’s create a baseline where we are all operating from the same definition and begin to put some structure around this concept of difficulty.
Participants complete a quick CORE® Snapshot which reveals their top behavioral/psychological preferences. Once that is completed we move to debriefing what it all means.
Opening comments, what makes people difficult. Group discussion exercise (if time allows). Complete the CORE® Snapshot. Debrief results. Explain preferences. Why are people difficult? Or are they just different?
